You pay per query after your free tier is exhausted. Public KB owners get 200 free queries, others get 20. After that, queries cost $0.015 for free KBs or a custom price (min $0.02) for paid KBs. Private KB queries always cost $0.015 with no free tier.
Create a paid public knowledge base and set your price (minimum $0.02/query). When others query your KB after their 20 free queries, you earn 80% of the query fee. The remaining 20% is the platform fee.
